Also known as “fouaces”, these rolls are eaten stuffed with butter, rillettes, of maugettes, cheese or other.
Our troglodytic restaurant is a beautiful place to discover. There are several million years, the sea withdrew from Doue la Fontaine region. The eggshell rock called “FALUN” was extracted from the basement for house construction. The troglodyte was born and left in testimony splendid underground cathedrals.
Our rooms over 12 meters high, carved into the rock will amaze you.
